Payment Terms and Service Options

We aim to provide clarity and support during a challenging time. To ensure smooth arrangements, please review our payment and service policies below:

Payment Requirements

  • Full payment is required at least 24 hours before services begin.
  • We accept major credit cards (a 3% processing fee applies), checks, and cash.
  • Verified insurance policies are accepted after confirmation by our staff.

Pricing and Agreements

  • A general price list and any prearranged agreements (if applicable) will be provided before signing a contract.
  • Prices are effective from January 15, 2025, and may change without notice.

Service Selection

  • You may choose only the goods and services you wish from our available options.
  • A base fee applies to cover essential administrative and operational expenses, regardless of your service selections.

Prearranged Agreements

  • If a prearranged contract exists for the decedent, the responsible party managing the arrangements will receive a copy before new contracts are drafted.
