Direct Cremation - $1,275.00
Intended for families that want a simple process, no viewing. This is the minimum required services to have someone cremated. The package includes the following:

The cremation itself (up to 300 lbs.)

Religious Ceremony/ Witness Cremation - $2,970.00
Designed for families that want to have a viewing with a religious ceremony for their loved one followed by a witness cremation. Package includes the following:
Funeral Director Fees
1 permit and 1 death certificate
Transfer your deceased loved one to our mortuary (25-mile radius)
Staff services
Dressing, Casketing, and Hair Styling
Bathing and sanitary care
Refrigeration
The religious ceremony including witness cremation at our facility (2h)

Witness Cremation - $1,525.00
Intended for families that want to have closure and be there with their loved on on their final journey. It helps in the grieving process by providing closure which is missed with direct cremation. Package includes the following:
Funeral Director Fees
1 permit and 1 death certificate
Transferring your loved one to our crematory (within 25 miles)
Witnessed cremation – loading into retort (max 30 min)
Refrigeration
A cremation container made of approved material fiberboard

Direct or Immediate Burial Package - $2,995.00
This package is intended for families that do not desire a viewing, and would like their loved one to be buried at their cemetery of choice. Does not include plot. Family to arrange with the cemetery directly or ask for assistance. (Without rights or ceremonies at the funeral home, graveside, or elsewhere)

Intended for familes that want to have a viewing and a final goodbye. The time can be used as desired and more time can be added if needed. Package includes the following:

“Sail Away” Scatter at Sea Cremation Package- $1,825.00
Intended for families that would like to scatter the remains of thier loved one at sea off the coast of Oceanside, San Diego County. The captain takes us right in front of the Oceanside pier so you can later on visit if desired and have a point of reference of where the remains are. We often see wildlife. The package includes the following:

PAYMENT POLICY
Our policy is that fees are to be paid in full 24h prior to services being rendered. We accept major credit cards (3% fee applied to all credit cards), checks, or cash. Insurance policies will be accepted as payment upon verification by the Silver Lining Cremations staff. Before signing a contract, the customer is to be provided with a general price list and a copy of any prearranged agreement if such exists. These prices are effective January 15th, 2025, but are subject to change without notice.
Below is a list of goods and services we can provide to our customers. You are free to choose only the items you wish. The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. Regardless of any funeral arrangement, you might choose, there is a base fee we have to charge to cover our overhead.
Prior to drafting any contract for goods or services, the responsible party of the decedent’s survivor who is handling the funeral arrangements is entitled to receive a copy of any preen arrangement in the possession of the funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on the behalf of the decedent.
